Suzi Sparham and Christine Brookes

Group Analytic Psychotherapists

This talk will describe the roots of Group Analysis and its clinical applications today. There will also be an exploration of how group analytic thinking is used when working with groups and organisations e.g. staff support or work reflection groups.

Suzi Sparham is a Group Analyst and Supervisor who trained with Group Analysis South West, where she is currently Chair of Council. She works with individuals and groups as well as offering consultancy and supervision to groups and organisations. She has retired from the NHS and now works in private practice

Christine Brookes is a Group Analyst and Supervisor. She trained with Group Analysis South West where she has held the post of Course Convener and Chair of Training. She has a background in community health and has been running analytic groups in a variety of settings for over 15 years.
